On European level we focus on three quality goals: 1) Consignments have to be delivered within the agreed lead-times. 2) Consignments have to be delivered in good shape and order. 3) The invoice has to be sent in time and contain the agreed rates and services.

Our standardized processes, defined network rules and continuous improvement programs form the basis for reaching these goals as well as meeting future customer demands.
